Good afternoon,
I hope you are having a great week! I’m finding it hard to believe it’s March 1st already. This year is flying by way too fast for me personally. March is a busy and fun filled month for us at Suncreek Kids. We are doing so many fun things in the classroom with Dr Seuss (In honor of his birthday month) and of course with Easter at the end of the month. Our bible verse this month is “Jesus is not here! He has risen!” Luke 24:6 and all month each week our bible story and chapel time is Easter. As we prepare for Holy Week we remind the children what Easter is truly about. I hope you all can join us for family chapel the week of March 26th.
Reminders:
March tuition is now due thru March 15th
All scholastic book orders are due today by 2pm
School Pictures (Individual & Class) – Wednesday for M/W Orange, Peach, Yellow, Silver, and Blue Rooms. Thursday for T/TH Orange, Green, Gold, Sky Blue, Purple and Red Rooms). The informational flyer went home in your child’s folder this week.
Spring Break – March 12th – 16th – Suncreek Kids will be closed (Allen ISD Spring Break)
Family Chapel week of March 26th – 29th
Easter parties (Egg Hunts) – March 28th for M/W Orange and March 29th for all other classes
Suncreek UMC is planning a party and we need your help! Eggstraveganza will be Saturday, March 31st from 12-3pm.
Volunteers are needed for:
Greeters & parking lot guides
Game planners
Bounce House supervisors
We also need:
***Plastic eggs & wrapped candy – trash cans by the Preschool office you may place donations in ****
Undecorated sugar cookies
Cupcakes for the cake walk

Suncreek Kids is excited to announce we will be doing a spring service project benefitting The Birthday Party Project, a nonprofit benefitting homeless children at shelters in DFW area including the Samaritan Inn, providing monthly birthday parties. Supplies will be collected March 19-22. More information about this will be coming to you next week.
