Dear parents,
I hope you are having a great week and that you had a restful and fun spring break! The next two months are going to fly by I am afraid since we have so many fun activities coming up. Speaking of fun please plan to stop by the lemonade stand tomorrow after school to celebrate wrapping our month of reading everyday! We will be set up in the breezeway between the educational building and the church. We will have yummy treats like cookies, popcorn, goldfish and lemonade. There will be a free will offering at the stand and all the money raised will go to the organization My Very Own Book. Please continue to drop off books for the book drive thru tomorrow. The books will benefit the summer reading program at Boyd Elementary. Thank you so much for your generous support!! Also, keep sending into your child’s teacher your daily reading log for a special reading certificate & treat! It’s so wonderful to see our Suncreek kiddos enjoy books!!
A couple reminders for this week and next:
- Scholastic Book order due today (time to still order online)
- Fire drill tomorrow 11am (Thurs)
- Last day for book drive tomorrow (Thurs)
- Lemonade stand at pick up tomorrow in the breezeway between buildings (Thurs)
**Supply fees for the 2014-2015 are due April 1st**
- School picture orders due by next Wed. (April 2nd) and Thurs. (April 3rd)
