Happy November!!
Hard to believe we have been in school this long already! What a busy and fun week at Suncreek Kids! The children had a visit early in the week from Brandy Simmons (Travis in Purple Room) on her job as a community helper as a nurse. The children always enjoy special guests sharing with them and seeing all the neat things they bring to show and share with the children. Thank you Brandy for taking the time to do this!!
The Halloween parties were awesome and the children had a blast! It is always so much fun to see all the different costumes the children wear and enjoy sharing them with their friends and teachers. I want to thank the room moms and party planners for putting such fun parties together for the children.
I also wanted to give you an update on the Bike-a-thon donations brought in so far. Currently the families at Suncreek Kids have raised $6,256. That is awesome and so appreciated!!!!!! I have been trying to add pictures on Facebook from the event but with over 700 pictures to choose from that the photographer took it has taken some time to go through them and load them. I hope to have them on there as well as our Suncreek Kids website next week. On behalf of the preschool I want to thank you so much for your generosity to the preschool in helping us in our fundraising efforts. You are the best!!!!!!!
For next week:
- Food Drive is going on until next Thursday, Nov. 8th. Grocery bags went home earlier in the week and the grocery carts will be sitting in the area by the office all next week for you to drop your food donations in. All food donations will be benefiting families here in Allen at Boyd Elementary. Thank you so much for your kindness!
- Vendor booth on Wednesday & Thursday – Rockin Mom Jewelry with Kelly Dixon & Ashley Robinson – Little Bird Boutique
- Please look for sign up sheets posted by your child’s classroom doors for Thanksgiving Feast next week.
- November tuition is due
