Good afternoon,
Hard to believe we are quickly approaching the end of the third week of school. The children have really settled in nicely and the adjustments are gently being made and the tears of some are less. The children have enjoyed the fun activities going on daily and are doing so wonderful with everything. Please make sure if you have any questions or concerns to please get with your child’s teacher and visit about it. We continue to study the Good Samaritan Story and Pablo will make his weekly trip to each classroom for Spanish. The kids love him and love Spanish with Ms. Natalie as well as weekly Centers time and Music with Ms. Mary Lee & Ms Cammie. We are blessed to have such talented teachers that share in the education of your children along with their classroom teachers.

Tomorrow:
A reminder that tomorrow night Thursday, Sept. 20th is our Annual Suncreek Kids Family Picnic featuring children’s entertainer Eddie Coker. Please plan to come and bring dinner and drinks for your family and make sure to bring a blanket to sit on the floor.The doors in Palmer Hall (which is on the west side of the church property) will open at 6pm and the show starts at 6:30.If you would like to look up information about Eddie his website is www.eddiecoker.com.

Family Chapel Next Week – Please check with your child’s teacher for the day and time your child’s class attends. I invite parents to come and see what we do each week in chapel as it is a very special time for us!
School Pictures are next Wednesday and Thursday:
Attached is the information from photographer – Diana Busch.She will be taking your child’s school picture on these days.
Wednesday, Sept. 26th – Rainbow, Orange & Green as well as Yellow, Silver and Blue classes.Thursday, Sept. 27th will be Rainbow, Orange Green, Purple, Sky Blue and Red classes.Please make note so you will remember to dress your child accordingly.
This session will just be individual pictures only – group pictures will take place in the spring.The same information will be coming home in your child’s folder today and tomorrow,I think you will all be very pleased with the quality of her work.
We are entering the cold & flu season quickly and as a reminder please keep your child home if they are sick. I appreciate your help with this ahead of time J
