Accountability Program Standards

Suncreek Kids follows guidelines and accountability standards set for programs in early childhood education. We follow and participate in:

DFPS of Texas – Department of Family and Protective Services of Texas licensing. We are inspected and licensed annually per Minimum Standards set by the state of Texas.

MNKA – Methodist Nursery and Kindergarten Association member. MNKA was founded in 1965 by a group of Methodist preschool directors. The organization is a group of schools, directors, teachers and staff who come from all church denominations as well as non-church affiliates centers for the purpose of continued education, support for best early childhood practices, networking and professional development of early childhood educators and administrators.

ECDN – Early Childhood Directors Network member. The Early Childhood Educator’s Network exists to promote training, mentoring, spiritual growth and advancement to Christian based preschools, Mother’s Day Out Programs, their employees, parents and management staff in the North Texas area.

Ministry Safe – All staff is trained in Ministry Safe per the request of all Methodist churches in the North Texas District. Ministry Safe provides preschools and daycares with state-of-the-art tools and trainings created by attorneys who litigate sexual abuse cases, staying abreast of evolving state reporting, training and screening requirements.
